Patch Notes v1.01

Changes:

• Made Plumpy's sprite smaller as it made merging lower level turds annoying.
• Display more information in the upgrade menu.
• Increased the minimum height creatures can go to to avoid them getting too close to the buttons at the bottom of the screen.
